Panama's Ministry of Public Works has announced plans to renovate the Las Garzas de Pacora to Yaviza road.

The 247-kilometre stretch, which is expected to cost 240 million Panamanian boyas, will be implemented in a public-private partnership.

The project is currently in the feasibility study stage and the tender could be launched in early 2022.
